1. Introduction
Michigan Indian Legal Services (MILS) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to invite qualified graphic designers and illustrators to submit proposals for creating impactful artwork related to the plight of on-reservation crime victims. The selected artist will work closely with MILS to develop artwork that effectively communicates the urgency and importance of this issue.
2. Project Overview
The artwork will be used in various digital and print mediums, including social media, websites, posters, and brochures. The project seeks to engage, inform, and evoke a response from the public, emphasizing the plight of indigenous communities.
3. Scope of Work
The selected artist will be responsible for:
- Creating artwork that resonates with the experiences and cultural backgrounds of crime victims within Native American communities.
- Collaborating with MILS to ensure that the artwork resonates with the target audience and adheres to the intended messaging.
4. Proposal Submission Requirements
Proposals should include the following:
- Artist's portfolio showcasing relevant previous work.

5. Budget
MILS has allocated a budget of up to $2,000 for this project. Proposals should remain within this budget.
