CORT Discovery Training

Description

CORT is proud to present an Advanced Discovery Training for advocates with 4 or more years’ experience. This intensive three‑day training will be composed of engaging lectures, small group breakout sessions, demonstrations, participant driven exercises and challenging follow up assignments. Participants should come prepared to work and engage, and leave being better prepared to advocate for their clients. Participants will be actively engaged in exercises and homework throughout the process. The training will cover a variety of topics including: discovery planning; drafting interrogatories; deposition skills; deposing an expert; e-discovery; sanctions; practical tips and skills to serve our clients.
