CORT Litigation Planning Training

This one day training is a prerequisite to attend the CORT TAST training this summer.

Lit Planning will be held in Lansing at Cooley Law School located at 300 S. Capitol Lansing, MI on Monday, April 27, 2015.

TAST will be held in Columbus, OH this August 10-15.

Litigation Planning Training seeks to introduce participants to litigation planning techniques and approaches according to the trial notebook model. It will be a one day training consisting of lectures and small group exercises designed to help participants get started on the preparation of a trial notebook.
