CORT will host Advance Foreclosure Training in Ann Arbor, MI More details to follow!

This is training is for advanced attorneys who have been representing homeowners facing foreclosure, although beginners can attend this training. This training will provide an in-depth analysis of actual cases. The trainers will use case studies and work on them intensively. Trainees will be asked to draft discovery questions, prepare pleading strategy, etc. Some substantive areas that will be covered: New TILA rules, HAMP, standing issues, assignment issues, etc. The training will also cover issues around Rural Housing Service Single Family Housing Programs.
