Affirmative
Litigation Training provides a
comprehensive introduction to the process
of prosecuting a complex affirmative case
in federal or state court. Delivered over
four weeks - three weeks online
(March 10 - 28, 2014) through the
Shriver Center's online campus and three
days in-person (April 1-3)
at Weber's

Litigation Training includes a mix of
interactive sessions, webinars, and
multimedia lectures on the substantive law
of claim justiciability, as well as
practical exercises on discovery,
complaint
drafting, motion practice, and emergency
relief.
