Description
This two-day training is for attorneys and advocates who practice in education law or want to increase their education law work. There will be two tracks available at the training. A basic track for advocates new to education practice that will include a survey of the federal laws used in education practice, as well as an overview of the IEP process and discipline casework. The advanced track will provide in depth information on specific education law topics to further the practice of experienced advocates.
