This CORT First Friday Webinar will outline the practical steps and considerations in obtaining attorneys' fees as a legal services provider. We will cover how to identify and pursue fee-shifting claims while receiving LSC funding and best practices for obtaining fee awards. It will also explore the challenges of requesting attorneys' fees while providing free legal services and offer suggestions on how to use attorneys' fees to create systemic change.
