CORT Online Litigation Planning Training

Description

This year's online Litigation Planning Training is open to all attorneys. Litigation Planning usually is a prerequisite for attending the Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST). Therefore Litigation Planning was open to attorneys who are eligible to attend TAST. CORT is not having an in-person TAST this year. As such, this year the Litigation Planning training is open to all attorneys.
