CORT/MIE Supervising Legal Work Training

CORT has partnered with MIE to present an in-person Supervising Legal Work Training - November 29-December 1, 2022, in Ann Arbor, MI. Exact times TBA.

This training will cover the core topics every supervisor of legal work should master in order to fully exercise their staff’s potential. Each topic, including supervision systems, work plans, project management and more, will be presented with the additional challenges of remote work considered. The event includes workshops on the vital skills of giving and receiving effective feedback, and the crucial topic of racial equity. Discussions and exercises with peers in small groups will be included.
