CORT Discovery Training - Ann Arbor, Michigan

This three day training is open to advocates with four or more years of experience. This intensive three-day training will be composed of engaging lectures, small group breakout sessions, demonstrations, participant driven exercises and challenging follow up assignments. Participants should come prepared to work and engage, and leave being better prepared to advocate for their clients. Participants will be actively engaged in exercises and homework throughout the process. The training will cover a variety of topics including: discovery planning; drafting interrogatories; deposition skills; deposing an expert; e-discovery; sanctions; practical tips and skills to serve our clients
