CORT Consumer Law Training

Description

CORT will have its Consumer Law Training online every Thursday throughout the month of August. This once a week substantive law training is designed for experienced consumer advocates and advocates who are new to consumer law seeking a basic understanding of the topic. The training will cover topics on debt collection, fair debt collection practices, equal credit opportunity, mortgage servicing rules, autofraud and warranty issues.
