Join us for this insightful Task Force meeting. Guest speaker, Christina Wease, Assistant Clinical Professor of Law at Michigan State University College of Law will help us understand best practices when our public benefits representation intersects with tax issues. Recently, there have been questions about handling issues in overpayment cases particularly where advocates identify problems with tax returns. Prof. Wease will help us identify common concerns and take helpful action on behalf of clients.
