This presentation will highlight major changes in the Title IX landscape following the May 2020 release of the Department of Education’s new Title IX regulations. Among the most significant provisions is the requirement of a live hearing with cross-examination. This webinar will address ways to advocate for comprehensive supportive measures for victims and offer strategies for attorneys and advocates serving in the “advisor of choice” role throughout the investigation and hearing.
