The most effective witnesses are those who have been given the tools to help them become good witnesses. In this presentation, you will learn a method that lays out how witnesses should approach questions in depositions, along with how that method can be taught to witnesses. You will also learn a separate method for effective trial testimony, including especially how witnesses should approach questions on cross examination The benefits of these methods are that they are easy for the witness to understand and that the methods can be used and effectively implemented by almost any witness.
