CORT Foreclosure Law Training

Description

This two half-day foreclosure law training is designed for experienced consumer advocates and advocates who are new to consumer law seeking a basic understanding of the topic. The training will cover mortgage service rules, loss mitigation rules, reverse mortgages, successor in interest issues and a panel discussion on the Homeowner Assistance Funds (HAF) programs.
