CORT Litigation Planning

Description

The Committee on Regional Training (CORT) will be offering the Litigation Planning Training in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. You only need to attend one of the sessions if you are interested in attending the Trial Advocacy Skills Training (TAST) in the summer this year.

The training will introduce litigation planning concepts including: element charts; trial notebooks; matters of proof; evidence; and developing a theme and theory of a case. Litigation Planning is a prerequisite for TAST. The target audience for Litigation Planning is lawyers with 1 1/2 years of practice after admission.
