MPLP Fifth Friday Tech Webinar - JusticeServer Survey Texting Project
Description
As part of one of Michigan Advocacy Program's Technology Innovation Grants from the Legal Services Corporation, MAP developed a survey texting system similar to What's Next Text in Michigan Legal Help, but integrated with JusticeServer. MAP worked with folks from other legal aid programs to design and test it, and the goal is to use it to send brief surveys to "advice and brief counsel" clients to see whether they were successful in handling their cases after getting advice. Techbridge has recently added the survey texting module to the JusticeServer instances of the Lakeshore, Eastern, Western, and MAP; along with this module, they imported eight pilot text flows developed by MAP and MLH for this project.
